Sake Coffee" is made by soaking green coffee beans in Japanese sake [irodori] and roasting them. When brewed with water, the softly spreading aroma of ginjo and the mellow, rich flavor are in perfect harmony. Enjoy this aromatic and beautifully lingering cup slowly over ice.

Preparations
*Mizudashi coffee bag / 1 *water / 500cc *container that holds 500cc
[How to brew]
- Place 1 mizudashi coffee bag in a container that holds 500cc of water.
- Add 500cc of water from the top so that the entire coffee bag is thoroughly wetted.
- Soak the coffee bag in the refrigerator for 8 hours or at room temperature for 6 hours to complete the process!
- Remove the coffee bag and store the finished coffee in the refrigerator and drink it within the next day.
